1. Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-10 business days.

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the total order value. You can view the applicable shipping fees during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note La'Mude does not take responsibility for delayed shipping transit times. 

La'mude does not hold responsibility for products once they are shipped from our warehouse and received by Australia Post. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping information is correct and delivery can be made by Australia Post to their delivery address. Therefor once an order has been dispatched La'Mude is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.

4. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

5. Tracking Your Order:

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will redirect you to the carrier's website, where you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address for accurate delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs clearance processes for international orders.

7. Taxes and Duties (International Orders):

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon import. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges.
