1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product.
The product you received does not match your order.
Please select your lip colours carefully,
We do not offer returns or exchange on colours for change of mind unless products are as new, un-used in original packaging.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns should include your original order number.
We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not meet our conditions.
3. Returning Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products:
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, if applicable.
Our team will guide you through the return process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
La'Mude does not pay return postage fees unless the item you received is wrong of faulty.
4. Returns for Other Reasons:
If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please follow these steps:

Explain the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process, which may involve a return shipping fee.
Upon receiving the returned product and ensuring it meets our conditions, we will process a refund, minus any applicable fees.
We do not accept change of mind returns on used products. Please select colours carefully when purchasing.
5. Refunds and Processing Times:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Mail Returned to Sender
In the event that your mail was not collected or if the address provided was incorrect, we will initiate a refund for the cost of the product to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with re-shipment.
